About The Event
The much-awaited graduation ceremony of Montfort College post pandemic was organised on 27th October,2021. The post graduate students of M.Sc Psychology and M.Sc Counselling Psychology who belonged to the batches of 2018-20 and 2019-21 respectively participated in the event.
A live stream link was shared for those parents who could not make it to the event. The chief guest for the graduation ceremony was Dr.Venkatesha Murthy, Registrar (Admin), Bengaluru North University. The guest of honour was Provincial Bro.George P.J.
The event began with the graduates marching in, ushered by Ms.Sritha Sandon, Associate Professor. After invoking Almightys blessings and lighting the lamp, the guests were welcomed by Principal Bro.Victor Raj. Our Provincial gave the commencement address and highlighted the fact that by moving out from a premier institution catering to mental health and well-being, the students would be healing so many people in the future. The graduating students received their certificates from the guests. Dr.Murthy addressed the graduates, wished them good luck for their future. After the formal events there were two dance performances by the juniors. The graduates were treated to a cold pyro before the national anthem.
