How to Apply

Postgraduate Programmes under CBCS

  1. All the post graduate programmes are designed semester wise
  2. The CBCS approach in the graduate Programme will enable in achieving the educational outcomes. Core courses, Elective courses. Open elective courses, skill enhancement courses, core practical courses, internship and project /Dissertation are part of the programme. All the courses will be evaluated through Continuous Internal Assessment and End semester examination.
  3. Open elective courses are interdisciplinary. Students of one discipline will have to choose an open elective from any other discipline.
  4. The curriculum combines conceptual knowledge with practical engagement and understanding that has relevant real-world application through practical laboratory work, field work, internships, workshops and research projects.

Admission Processes Management Quota

  1. All aspiring candidates are requested to apply online for their Admission
  2. Candidates awaiting their results can apply for the course with their UG I to V semester marks and update the online application forms as soon as their VI Semester marks are available.
  3. Selection of the candidate will be based on merit/ Reservations along with entrance test and interview conducted by the admission committee of the college.

 The list of candidates who have been selected provisionally for admission will be published on the college website and the same will be intimated through their registered Email Id along with the link for the fee payment. After successful fee remittance, the candidate will receive the fee paid receipt along with their Provisional admit card.

4.All the admitted Candidate must register in the UUCMS portal, only after receiving the information from the college. (UUCMS guidelines will be provided)

Admission Processes for University Quota

Candidates who wish to apply through university quota are advised to check the university website to (eng.bnu.ac.in) get the schedule of admission process by Bengaluru North University for further details. These seats are filled by the centralized counselling held by Bengaluru North University.

Scanned Documents required to upload (PDF)

  1. Original Marks Card (X, XI & PUC / XII, Degree Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters / years of the qualifying examination) along with copy of online result sheet of VI semester UG (Foreign students both – translation original & Original Marks Card)
  2. Transfer Certificate
  3. Migration Certificate
  4. Conduct Certificate
  5. Caste Certificate (if any)
  6. Copy of Aadhar Card (for Indian Nationals only)
  7. Five Passport size Photos
  8. First year fee paid receipt

In addition to the above, NRI and Foreign Students should produce:

  1. AIU Equivalency Certificate (for students who have done their qualifying examination in any curriculum other than Indian Educational Curriculum)
    b. Valid Passport
    c. Residential Permit from the Commissioner of Police Bengaluru (for foreign students only
  2. Candidates who fall under international student category, if selected, need to apply for the eligibility certificate from Bengaluru North Universityand should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police in Bangalore, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving in Bangalore.

Note: All the above said original documents to be submitted at the office at the time

of admission

Mode of Fee Payment: Online Mode  

** AIU Equivalency Certificate fee is to be paid by the students (for students who have done their qualifying examination in any curriculum other than Indian Educational Curriculum)

NOTE: The Management / College does not collect any type of Capitation fees / Donation other than the fees mentioned above

Cancellation Process

Cancellation of admission will be based on UGC regulation F.No 6-1(7)/2006(CPP-I) which states “Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admissions, the Institution must return the fee collected with proportionate deductions on monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, wherever applicable.

The application for cancellation should be submitted by the candidate in-person by presenting the a) original fee paid receipt, b) document submission receipt and c) any other documents that had been received from this institution. No email, telephonic or courier/postal communication will be entertained for cancellation/refund process.

Undergraduate Programmes under National Education Policy (NEP 2020). ( UG Admission Open 2024-2025 )

  1. All the undergraduate programmes are designed semester wise
  2. The Multidisciplinary approach in the Undergraduate Programme will enable in achieving the educational outcomes. Core courses, Elective courses. Open elective courses, skill enhancement courses, vocational courses, internship and project are part of the multidisciplinary programme. All the courses will be evaluated through Continuous Internal Assessment and End semester examination
  3. Open elective courses are interdisciplinary. Students of one discipline will have to choose an open elective from any other discipline.
  4. The Undergraduate programme includes curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities (sports, yoga, cultural, NSS, extension is part of the curriculum).
  5. Sc. and BA programmes have dual major options. Candidates who opt for these programmes will undergo the specified core/elective courses in the chosen dual majors. The students who study dual majors at the same level or breadth up to the sixth semester.
  6. Multidisciplinary programmes integrate skills such as language and communication, critical thinking, problem solving, life skills and multidisciplinary capabilities.
  7. The curriculum combines conceptual knowledge with practical engagement and understanding that has relevant real-world application through practical laboratory work, field work, internships, workshops and research projects.
