About The Event
Montfort College celebrated Republic Day on January 26, 2022. The event was initiated with a prayer song. Chief guest Br. Jose Thottiyil, accompanied by the singing of the National Anthem, hoisted the National flag. The chief guest’s speech was followed by a series of speeches on the importance of the day in English and Kannada. A rendition of Vande Mataram was sung by Fr. Jomit’s team. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and distribution of chocolates.
