GENDER EQUITY

The environment and culture at Montfort College place a premium on gender parity, women’s safety, and sensitization. By hosting various events focused on gender sensitization and women’s issues, the college plays a vital role in raising awareness about these topics. The college has hosted discussions on domestic abuse in the past. The college campus is also structured to foster a safe environment that values and promotes gender equality expression. As a result, we’ve deployed CCTV cameras and security officers in strategic locations to assure everyone’s safety. There are separate restrooms and common rooms for men and women.
