B.A (Psychology and Optional English)

In compliance with NEP, B.A Psychology and Optional English is a three year under graduate program with fourth year leading to an honour’s degree. The Psychology course involves the scientific study of human behaviour and mental processes. The Optional English course examines English literature, language, history, and phonetics via novels, dramas, epics, and poetry written by renowned English authors from the past and present. Graduating with a B.A. degree prepares students for careers in healthcare, education, mental health support, social work, therapy, counselling, research, teaching, media, advertising, writing, and publishing, as well as for graduate or professional studies in English, communications, or law. The students also have the choice to pursue other courses of higher education after completing B.A.
